I downloaded the album through a music service. Which cast sings the live songs that were recorded at the end? Is it the Original Broadway Cast, Original London Cast, or a different replacement from either one?

I believe it's not the original London cast performing the Curtain Call/Encore/Medley. I don't have the CD/DVD set with me here at work, but I do believe those performer's names are listed/credited on the packaging.
Will scope it out later.
