MAJOR cast changes will occur on Oct 19... Louise, Judy, Tina and several others are leaving and Dee Hoty and some great others are coming in. I love Dee Hoty (tour 1) for Donna and I herd that the new Tanya is AMAZING.... Jeanine Morrick who played tanya for the last year on Broadway is taking over as Donna on tour 1. Just wondering what everyone else’s thoughts were

SEVERAL? UM, try like all but two.

-- Joe Machota. Glad he is staying with the cast. Wonderful performer and person. Easy on the eyes as well.

--Dee Hoty. Hoty is good. Monique Lund is better. she should have gotten it.

--Jenny Fellner is the new Sophie. never seen her on stage, but her picture frightens me... She reminds me a little of Linda Blair.. I don't like Linda Blair becasue I was traumatized by The Exorcist when I was little.

--Tamara Bernier. New Tanya. She was the second Tanya in the Canadian cast. She should be a treat.

-- David W. Keeley. Sad to see him leave.

--Sara Inbar and Micheal B. Washington. What are they still doing there? Those two should have been gone a LONG time ago.. they don't even make an effort when they are up there.

-- Tina Maddigan. Sad to see her go, Hopefully she stays in NYC and gets another show.

--Glad to hear Louise Pitre plans on staying in New York. Hopefuly she will be in another soon as well. Updated On: 10/3/03 at 03:17 AM

I to LOVE monique... im Glad she is keeping tour 2 going strong. i hope to see her as the nest Donna on broadway. Not a big fan of the new sophie yet i supose....im thrilled to see david keeley leave. i never muched cared for his or any of the other dads in the broadway cast. i really like joe and he is a GREAt person... im wondering how long these people will last in the show and if anyone will join from tour 1, 2 or vegas...

I guess I am most sad to see Keeley go becasue of Louise and Tina leaving.. if that makes any sense....

That makes PERFECT sense... Tina and Louise are a GREAT pair. There is a certain chemistry that they share. Its really weird... there are certain thing and songs that I like much better with certain people... i LOVE Louise MAMMA MIA, I LOVE Dee winner and money and I really like Monique version of one of us and slipping through my fingers....

Oh I LOVE David W. Keeley!! (Loving Louise is a given LOL). His voice is so powerful and I really like the way he plays Sam. Not to mention he is very easy on the eyes. I think he's the best Sam! No one else comes close- I saw Gary Lynch in tour 1 and was literally appalled... And I started laughing during his "Knowing Me Knowing You" - it was THAT bad.

But to get back to the original topic... It's so sad that they're all leaving. The show will not be same without them- especially without Louise. To me, she was the heart and soul of the whole production.

I would also like to add how much of a loss it is not to have recorded a cast album with the original Broadway Cast. They were/are/and always will be far superior to the original London cast who has the only recording of the show. They would have had the an opporunity to record the added material -- an extra verse in one song and the mega-mix finale and could have done it with a bit more bass in the tracks as to alieviate what sounds like a cast sucking helium between takes on the origanl London cast recording.

no one from the vegas cast is leaving to join the bway cast then!!! *my possessive self is happy cuz i love my cast but sad cuz i want them to have the opportunity for bway!!!!!*

Holy jeez, get with the times people! I'm on a cruise ship in Florida, and even I knew that Keely has left the role early, and Tony Carlin is playing the role now! Also, Sara Inbar is leaving the show with the others. Not too sad to see Tina go, but Jeanine Morrick is fabulous as Tanya, and I can't imagine seeing someone else try to belt Does Your Mother Know.

If Lincoln were alive today, do you think he'd be pleased with his tunnel?

if anyone is going on oct 19th...email me! we can meet up. I havent seen MM in many months and im very depressed that i wont see david w keeley...the new cast will be just fine.
