Who is the billboard girl from Mamma Mia in Las Vegas? It seems they used her face for the billboard but who is she what exactly happened to her? I would appreciate any help..

i am pretty sure it is no one. it is supposed to represent sophie though. i always kinda think of it as the les miz logo.

the same girl that is on the Broadway posters. The person who was the model for the image is Jenn Gambatese.

Actually, that's not true. Jenn Gambatese started that rumour as a joke in her playbill bio and somehow its become 'fact' -- the truth of the matter is, that photograph was a stock picture that was sold in a line of silver picture frames. The creative team saw the picture, loved it and licensed it for the logo for the show.

The picture is not of an actress who has ever appeared in the show.

It always confused me when people said it's supposed to represent Sophie, and Sophie is always blonde in the show?

Sophie is not always blonde. The First Nat'l tour had Michele Aravena as Sophie for a good year and a half (at least), she was fantastic... and had dark brown/black hair. She was followed by brunette Chilina Kennedy (equally talented).

The girl in the picture just captures the exuberance of a young woman about to get married. I'm glad it's not anyone specifically related to the show. Once casts change, my mind starts thinking, "shouldn't that be a picture of (star of show)?"
