Mamma Mia soundtrack missing tracks.#1

sotty if this was posted elsewhere, but i couldn't find anything. Saw Mamma this weekend and loved it, noticed there were songs in the film missing from the movie (chiqitita, i do i do i do, "curtain call", opening, etc.) any word on a deluxe soundtrack or any other form of release for these songs?

If it follows the lead of "Hairspray," a deluxe edition would coincide with the DVD release.
