Seeing as how I work at the Paper Mill, I am THRILLED to hear this news! I know absolutely nothing about the play, so does anyone wanna comment on the casting choices?
Seems like a production not to be missed.
Holy Sh*T! Thats going to be an amazing production and it's one of my all time favorite plays and Kudisch will be great!

Oh, I have a question...Is it possible he will be bald for the role?!
He is definitley right for the character. And Amanda Plummer - fantastic choice for the lead.
Where can I read more about this? I saw Marc Kudisch years ago and would love to see him again.
** Nevermind, went to his website and found it!
My Mom was hired to understudy Barbara Bel Geddes in a tour of "Summer and Smoke" but she had to turn it down a few weeks later, when she found out she was pregnant...
...with ME!
Really wish I could see this.
I can't wait . . . definitely have to see it. Did anyone see him in the lifetime movie "Break In" recently? Movie wasn't so good but he was great. Is it January yet?

This is one of my favorite plays. I'm so glad to see it's getting done so much lately!
I've never heard of it before but I would see it just to go see Marc. I'm actually related to him by marriage and have never met him. I told my aunt (who is his aunt by blood and mine by marriage) he was going to be in Jersey and although she is in Florida she is so excited. She wants to call him and have him meet me and my sister backstage or go to lunch with us or something. We'll see! I would have gone without meeting him just to see him perform but she got mad at me the last time I saw him and didn't tell her, lol. She yelled at me saying, "I could have told him to look for you! Why didn't you tell me!"

Summer & Smoke is a wonderful play which doesn't get produced often enough. Roundabout did it several years ago and messed it up. Let's hope Papermill puts hair on him because the role is really for a dashing, leading man.
Twelvy--two degrees of separation between you and Barbara Bel Geddes?
:PJ bows:
I will be seeing this production! Cannot wait!
Anyone seen it yet?
I'm waiting for it to hit Paper Mill.
