I think people saying this are people who don't do shows for 8 performances a week. I did Sweeney 8 times a week and it is hellish for ALL cast members. Everything is soooo high. 8 times a week is REALLY intense.

Anyway, Maria is quite good vocally, but she lacks the feistiness that I associate with Elphaba on the acting side of things. That's where Julia's strong point will probably be. Updated On: 3/13/06 at 01:35 AM
