Um..I reallt don't think I have the chubby cuteness to pull of Tracy. If anyone I could pull off one hell of a Penny, seeing as I wouldn't even have to act the spaztic nerdiness.

yes i think it's the track that the rats go on. I'm sure they don't want people stepping on the ratst or the strings that pulls them.
