I am buying tickets for On Your Feet and I like to sit as close as possible. I know the stage height varies from show to show, but can anyone comment on the typical height of the stage from the front row/center orchestra at the Marquis? Thanks very much

From what I remember sitting front row at 9 to 5 and Jekyll and Hyde it wasn't high at all. I'm 5'10" and it went to about my chest.

That sounds about right. Additionally, the front row is NOT super close to the stage making the height even less important. (At least for Penn & Teller).

The Maqruis is a beautiful theatre, although a little unconventional for Broadway (has a Vegas feel to it). Every seat is good.

I saw this show in Chicago and really enjoyed it. It is a pretty big show though, so you may want to consider 10-25 rows back so you can take it all in.
