Well, rehearsals seem to be very much underway now. Yet again, Idina has clearly made an amazing impression on her fellow cast members. I am so thankful that she has come over here - love her to bits!!! I know this is getting a bit closer to a Broadway comment but has anyone heard Eden Espinosa (current Broadway Elphaba) do the ending of Defying Gravity? By far the best i have heard so far!

yeah, the idina part juuust about made me get teary eyed. And then it made me really REALLY frustrated that I have absolutely no chance in heck of getting to london. haha. But yeah... gah. She freakin made a whole bunch of fellow cast mates cry... on the FIRST day!! and it wasnt even defying gravity or for god or anything! it was wizard and I, which is usually one of the.. LESS get-teary-eyed songs!! haha
I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

I have heard Eden's "Defying Gravity" and it is good. But I think, after Idina, Ana Gasteyer, who created the role in the Chicago's sit-down production, is definitely the best.

Wait till you Brits see this show - it's amazing and Idina is awesome. I've seen it 14 times and luckily I'm often in London for biz so I'm going to see it again!

You are gonna love it.

Just want to say that i think that it is a 'wicked' thing that martin is doing, how fascinating. Does make me insanely jealous but wow, an insider's look. I love rehearsals, and getting to see such an amazing show in rehearsals is just so exciting. So thanks martin, and keep up the good work!!!!

Hi there,

Take the time to check again... there's actually 5 videos.
If you don't see them all on the one page (which i think is your problem), just click on the archive or 'video' category and they'll all show up for you.

Enjoy!
