This week Martin's video diary provides us with a look inside the theatre, a glance at the Wicked set still under construction. And I think its looking fabulous. Next week Martin will take us backstage, show us the set when it is lit, and we'll get to meet some members of the Wicked London company.
Enjoy!

Posted: 8/29/06 at 8:49amI believe that the organ pipes are a feature of the Apollo Victoria Theatre - I hope that they'll keep them exposed above the dragon...

Posted: 8/29/06 at 2:57pmi'd imagine (if they are real) they cound somehow incorporate them in to the opening blast of notes( in a way that does not make it sound like Phantom's overture) Of in all the noise when the Wizard is talking through the head.

Posted: 8/29/06 at 3:26pmI wonder if they'll make more mention of the time dragon clock in the London version and later incorporate it into the Broadway show, to better explain the set chocies. I like the pipes. It looks like a giant theater. Is the marquee up yet? I'd love to see it.

Posted: 8/29/06 at 4:43pmYes they all have dragons, no they don't have the organ pipes, which I believe were mentioned in the original novel.
