I think the OP is talking about Mary Poppins in Chicago, in which case, no they're not on sale yet, but will be later this year seeing as it opens next March. So maybe late Fall/Winter of this year or early 2009.

I think the Original Poster should change the title of her thread to MARY POPPINS in Chicago.. For a moment I thought it was Broadway too! I did not even know they are touring! wow! at least I learned something new! 
Edit: Though close inspection of the OP's name - tells us that she is from Chicago! Well I am from Boston, but I always put the City's name, so there's no confusion!
