Mary Poppins Front Row?

The stage shouldn't block very much at all, but be prepared to be looking straight up a lot. The sets are massive, and a lot happens in the air!
I sat in the front row when the show first opened, and I remember sitting with my head rested on the back of my seat because I was staring straight up. (I was also in 6th grade, too.)
Either way.. have fun!

I've seen "Mary Poppins" twice. The first time we were in the middle of the orchestra section, maybe row R or something, and it was a magical experience. The second time, I got tickets for the third row, and I found that being that close was actually NOT as good. While it was exciting to be so close to the actors, I could see the seams on the statue costumes, and the scenery was more clearly "scenery" -- it took away from the illusion somewhat. I also did have to look "up" a lot. Plus, in the big production numbers, I would be looking from side to side so as not to miss anything, whereas when I was farther back, I could see the whole stage easily.

So, that's my two cents.
