Has anyone heard if Mary Poppins will be making a stop in Toronto?

Aside from that Summer 2009 date for its St. Louis stop, no other dates have even been mentioned regarding this upcoming tour.

Patience, mon ami. I'm sure we'll know where ELSE this tour is heading sometime soon.

Until then... St. Louis is the only stop we know of right now.

From Playbill.com: Broadway In Chicago and Mary Poppins producers Cameron Mackintosh and Thomas Schumacher announced that the family-friendly musical will launch its national tour March 25, 2009, at the Cadillac Palace Theatre in Chicago.

The press packet states that the first preview will be March 11, 2009. The show is scheduled to play Chicago till May 17, 2009.

Is St. Louis the second stop ?

Houston Broadway Across America subscribers just got their renewal notices and there was an add in the packet for Mary Poppins during the "2009/2010 Season." No date but at least we know it WILL be here at some point. So that's 3 cities now...

If the tour is planning on doing one-month stops (like most big tours), then most likely St. Louis is the next stop as they just announced a Summer 2009 timeframe.
