Oh no, I was hoping (insert other label) would have gotten it, because they did such an amazing job with (insert show I love). Masterworks tends to (insert wild speculation about this as-yet-unrecorded recording I couldn't possibly know) and don't seem to put as much attention to detail as (insert aforementioned other label). Even (insert different other label) would have been better than this...

Oh well, I can only hope that Masterworks (insert passive-aggressive yet optimistic sentiment that runs counter to everything that came before), we shall see...

It seems like Masterworks is picking up more shows lately. I swear they were only putting out one or so a season.

I haven't seen the show, but I hope there are some great period arrangements. I love the sound of that period.

I think their last original cast album was The Grinch.

Tazber, not true. Masterworks did the Grammy Award winning Kinky Boots and Once albums.
