Matilda composer Tim Minchin gives his first interview about his brand new musical "Ground Hog Day", due to transfer to Broadway.

Hi guys, myself and fellow West End performer Ben Morris have just released our very own West End theatre podcast entitled "Inside The West End".

Our aim is to chat to the people who make the West End happen and to hear how they got to where they are.

Our preview episode is currently out and our first two episodes go live on Sunday at 8am GMT.

Episode 1 = Tim Minchin giving us his first interview about his brand new musical "Ground Hog Day", as well as chatting to us about how he writes a musical.

Episode 2 = Backstage at the Adelphi Theatre chatting to Killian Donnelly about how he got from doing Am Dram in Ireland to becoming the 'go-to' west end leading man.

There's an apostrophe in the holiday, but not the movie, which you said there was.

I can see it now, people wearing cheap sausage coustumes in a kickline singing "a sausages gotta do what a sausage gotta do," doing all this on top of 4 inches of raw meat and glitter coated over the stage.

LIVERWURST LLAMA: (ranting) And then the farmer tranquilized me and I got chewed up by the processing plant faster than Nerd's production funds and was spat up by the processing machine like a review out of Reidels mouth and got coated in a packaging like...

POLLO PEPPERONI: (interjecting) hey wurst, not in front of the kids

LIVERWURST LLAMA: Sorry. Wait, aren't you guys supposed to be watching Wicked or fangirling over Lin?

POLLO PEPPERONI: You know, I think you're right!

POLLO PEPPERONI and LIVERWURST LLAMA join the kickline and start singing along
