Matt Caplan as Roger?

I've seen Matt as Mark a bunch of times...I know that he understudied Roger also when he started with Rent in 2001/2002. When he returned to Rent in late 2007 playing Gordon he understudied Roger in addition to Mark. Has anyone ever seen his Roger?...I'm curious to see how he was?.

He was alright. I prefered him in this role rather than Mark, although I don't think his Mark is as bad/phoned-in as most people said.

Certainly seen better, certainly seen worse.

I thought his Roger was good. His "Your Eyes" was one of the best I had seen at the time.

I saw him as Roger in 2002 or 2003, I think...(I'll have to find my ticket to make sure). I actually saw his Roger before I saw his Mark.

I enjoyed his Roger more than his Mark. His Mark was fine, I thought, but not my favorite by any means.

I've legit seen his mark twice and thought he was ok..but i've "heard" his roger..he sounds so much better as roger
