i wouldnt mind a new person either...but if they're gonna recycle i'd perfer kendra. I read an article once where Kate said something like they welcomed her to the WICKED fam and said she'd hope they'd be w/her for a long time...so i guess they perfer recycling.

Kendra's not going to Broadway. It's practically official that Kate Reinders is taking over on Broadway for Megan when she leaves. So I guess Kendra is leaving Wicked behind?

I hope Kendra isn't doing London...I mean, are they planning on hiring ANY Brits to be in the show?

I'm starting to really get sick of the "recycling" too...it's like find some new talent!! If it weren't for them doing that to begin with people like Megan Hilty wouldn't be around.

When has the idea of Shoshana Bean doing the tour even been mentioned before today? This is the one piece of gossip I find truly hard to believe. She was itching to get out of Wicked toward the end of her run to start her recording career. Why would she be going back?

someone mentioned that Julia is going to Broadway (and I think they were being serious), but I am pretty sure she has confirmed quite a few times, that once the tour is over, she will not be going to Broadway..

It'd be HOT if she does, but quite unlikely. In that case, I hope Saycon replaces Eden.

If we're getting a US Glinda then Megan would be lovely...alhtough a new talent would be ideal.

Julia's stated many times she wont go to broadway although I would be willing to fly there to see her that would be amazing.

Yeah I read where Julia said that too...but things change and that was at the beg. of her run so maybe she changed her mind..who knows..maybe it's not true...

Why was Sho so eager to get done with her part in WICKED? The only reason im thinking she would do the 3 days is cause Megan is and they got along so well.

It's not 3 days, it's 3 stops. The tour stays at each venue for more than a day. But yes, Megan and Shoshana did get along well, but also, as I think someone mentioned, Shoshana is from Portland, so she, like Megan, may want to perform Wicked at home. But PJ is right...the part about Shoshana doing the tour is a complete rumor, at least for now.

Sorry, i meant 3 stops...and yes, some people seem to know who will be playing Elphie, but thus far it hasnt' been announced....my bigger question is who is gonna play the two once those three stops are over??

They may try out the person they want to play Elphaba on B/Way after Eden maybe...like they did with Eden?

Maybe a new person, though I imagen they'll give Saycon the role next. Not a bad thing, just would be nice to have a really new person.

I very highly doubt that they will give Saycon the role. In fact, I probably would die of shock if that happened, just based on what I know and what I've seen. I think they're gonna go with a new talent, unless Julia changes her mind and comes to Broadway.

aww why doesnt he like her? i dont know anything about her, but that sucks for her if she loved the role...i wonder if kristin doesnt like him either, since we all know she didnt like the producers in the end..

What's with the Logan Lipton haters?
If this is true and Sho and Megan both do those three stops, I will buy tickets and fly to Portland. That would make me very happy.
