Hey everyone! Just ahead of Mel Brooks' 96th birthday this month, I wanted to share a new music video celebrating Mel and "The Producers" that you might get a kick out of... We took Mel's classic ballad "That Face" and transformed it into a Sinatra-style big band swinger. It's Big Band via the Borscht Belt!
We had planned to release this last year to commemorate the show's 20th anniversary but the pandemic forced us to push it to earlier this year. The track is dedicated to the late, great Gary Beach, who was an early mentor of mine.
