In June, I am taking the train up north for the LA Opera's production of "The Magic Flute". Then in April 2027, returning for "Turandot". This will be my third time to enjoy "Turandot," first in Paris and last in Dallas. Inbetween, who knows? Opera has always been an important part of my life.
Way beyond happy in anticipation of Noel Coward's "Private Lives" making its way to Broadway 2026/2027. Hoping the planets align so that I can see this production on my 80th birthday in January 2027.

A memorial event for Rob and Michele Reiner is planned at his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday, December 21st, at 1:00 p.m. Roses will be laid at his star located next to that of his father, Carl Reiner. Burial plans have not yet been revealed.
I am loving every bit of this season. There have been some surprisingly emotional moments, and some funny ones, as well. I wish every dancer could win, but my favorite is Robert Irwin, a great dancer!

Unfortunately, due to the shutdown, at least one activity here in San Diego has been cancelled. A ceremony at one of our two military cemeteries, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. Perhaps the stars will align in time to reschedule it.
