I am desperately looking for the sheet music to "Memphis lives in me" from Memphis. I really want to sing it at this open mic night this Summer at my old high school for the alumni show. Does anyone know where I can find this??? I'm DESPERATE!!!!

When I search for Memphis on amazon it gives me a release date of October 1st.
(Toxic Avenger also, btw)

It had been October 5th for awhile, but was moved up 4 days just last week.

You're not the only one! It should have been out already according to the article but it looks like we're gonna have to wait until October. Curse them pianists who can play by ear!!! Grrrr! =OP

The score has really grown on me and I think it will be a blast to play/sing.

I was nuetral on the show, didn't love it or hate it. The thing that struck me the most (and what I will probably remember it for over time) is Chad Kimball's bizarre perfromance.

I don't know what he was doing with that speech pattern thing. And then at intermission my friend pointed out that he seemed to be channeling George W. Bush's facial expressions.

And for the record I don't get all the Montego hate. I thought she did a fine job. Just my opinion.

Nevermind haha I just read the article about him being against "trading" music...wow I feel stupid...

But the chords could help actually. Or maybe I'll just have to sing something else for now
