I have 2 memphis tickets that I couldn't use do I just go to the box office and they will give me what tbey have?
The tickets are in the Balcony if they don't have balcony seats would they give me other seats or tell me to come back when they have balc's?
& Can I do this on weekend Matinee's
I've never done past dating

USUALLY post dating goes like this:
You show up at the box office T/W/TH and if they have comparable tix they'll let you have them. But you can only get tix for the day you are there.
I've never actually done it either, but that's what I know.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

I know someone went to Hair and had $37 rear mezz and ended up in the front mezz b/c they had them
Also since the Shurbert is big if they have seats on a weekend would they let me or is it strictly weekdays?

Posted: 5/13/10 at 8:28pmI'm fairly certain the policy is T/W/TH only, but it could vary. It can't hurt to ask, but only the Box Office could tell you for sure. (or someone that happened to ask AT that theater.)

Posted: 5/14/10 at 12:16pmI past dated tickets for Enron last week and I actually did it through Telecharge...I called after 11 am the day I wanted to go and they were able to give me a ticket in the 4th row of the orchestra (the original ticket was for the first row) and then I brought the original ticket to the box office that night and exchanged it for the new one. It was fairly easy to do...the policies might vary by show but I think generally it's mostly the same. Also from my understanding you can only do it for weekday performances (Tuesday-Thursday), not on weekends.
