I bought the MP3 download on Amazon. Amazon (or the label) didn't offer me a download of the insert/lyrics/etc. along with the purchase.

How can I get it?

Amazon usually offers two different downloads, one with the digital booklet and one without, both for the same price. Don't ask me why. It looks like there's only one download available for Merrily so my guess is that they don't offer the digital booklet for that title. Itunes does, but it's probably too late for that.
