Isn't this a whole lot of trouble just to recreate the thriller video? Are people really going to want to sit through 2 hours of Jackson songs just to see the 10 minutes of Thriller with the zombies dancing?

After years of styling himself after his sisters, it appears from that photo that Michael is now content to style himself after Phylicia Rashad.

That said, I just don't see any way to put "Thriller," "Beat It" or any other golden age MTV videos into a Broadway musical. I even wish that it was possible, but I just don't think it is. The results are going to be laughable, campy, or a poor imitation--maybe all three.
