Nice potpourri:
Harry Connick Jr. considering "On a Clear Day"
"Spider-Man:" Actor's Equity, seat prices, ticket availability

I usually agree with a lot of what Riedel says, even though he can be obnoxious. But this just killed me:
"My choice would be the fabulous Montego Glover, who makes that moronic musical "Memphis" bearable"
Funny how two people can have such completely opposite views of the same thing. I thought she was, by far, the weakest link in that show. At least he and I agree the show itself was pretty lame.
SallyF, I know you are new here, and I don't mind the 7,000 threads you post daily.
But at least try to see if someone else already started a thread before you post it.

Sorry about that. I did a search on Riedel and not the story itself so I thought it wasn't posted yet. Please forgive a newbie.

Can somebody explain something? If the character is a "kooky young man" why would they cast Montego Glover or Anika Noni Rose? Or is this production to be a total gender bender?
I believe that the gay male character's alter-ego in another life is a female. The whole thing sounds even more bizarre than the original, which was hard to follow to begin with.

I've agree that it's a little hard to follow. Even the movie barely made sense.
But I love the score.
