I wouldn't mind him so much if he wasn't so condescending. No matter what anyone says, he feels this need to correct them - even if his "correction" is wrong. I could say, "my name is spelled K-E-L-L-Y" and he would respond with something like "well, actually back in the 1800's the name "Kelly" was spelled K-E-L-L-Z-Z-Z-Y" so by spelling your name "KELLY" you are spelling it incorrectly". No offense WISH, but you are really turning people off by speaking down to them. Half of the time I swear you are making things up. I'm sure it makes you feel intelligent to be so condescending, but it is pissing people off.

He's confused because there actually WAS a Bette Middler in a show called "Fidler on the Roof", which starred Xeero Mastelle.

Okay, I saw Bette Midler in FIDDLER. This was when Harry Goz was Tevye and Rae Allen was Golde. I have the program in front of me and "Midler" is spelled with only one "d". Thank you very much.

Wow. I start a thread, I leave for a few days, and look what happens. Geez. And I knew I had spelled Midler correctly, based on the Bette Midler Gypsy DVD staring at me as I wrote it. You guys, not WISH, rock.

The truly beautiful should be lawfully restricted from wearing clothing; and the truly butt-ugly should be lawfully mandated from going naked.

If he is using a new name, he has changed his manner of posting. I haven't seem any posts like the other ones.

If Bette MiDDler was in Fiddler, then was it really BarbAra StreiZand in Funny Girl???

lol I like that this was bumped up from April. :P

So sad about Bette's sister. I couldn't help but cry when she was talking about it on Inside the Actor's Studio.
