Did anyone see her or know anything about how she did? It's so hard to imagine her busting out Come To Your Senses. Anyone?
"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."
I saw her in it. I thought she was reasonably good at the time, but not so much since I heard it on the CD (which I also think the female's voice isn't great, Come to your senses sounds like screaming at times- just my opinion). I think I expected her to be the same person as in The Breakfast Club, and she was just, older.
Thank you very much! It took me a little bit to get used to Amy Spanger's voice, but I love her now. Anyone else?

I also saw her in it. I thought she was pretty good (although I must admit that my memory is a bit fuzzy...). I didn't expect her to be such a good singer. yes, Amy Spanger's voice is an acquired taste.
I actually didn't like Molly Ringwald in the role at all. She did a nice job with the acting but didn't have the vocal chops. I liked Amy Spanger but really loved Natascia Diaz a lot more.

Still a little bit of you laced with my doubt. Still a little hard to say what's going on..." Damien Rice
