The end of Passion when Giorgio sings "No One Has Ever Loved Me" the he says "I love you. Be calm. Strong. I am yours." The he says "No Fosca, no. We can't." And she says "to die loved is to have lived." Then he grabs her in is arms and has his way with her. Oh, it's a wonderful thing!
Definitly One day more and Finale of Les Mis(oddly enough I have seen les mis 4 times and each time there is a different/new moment that gives me goosebumps)
Your Daddy's Hands and then Coalhouse soliliquy ,also Night that Goldman spoke when Younger Brother sings "Wanting life but never knowing how til now" in Ragtime
very end of Caberat revival(is there anything more goosebump worthy then that)

I get goosebumps almost once in each show I see, very few just never effect me emotionally, but that parts that get to me EACH time I see them are:
-"It's MEEEEE" and Elphaba shoots up in Defy Gravity... Especially Idina at the Tony's, watching it on TV, I had tears in my eyes just like Kristin
- "What You Own" from RENT, right after Mark says "I need to finish my own film, I quit!..."
- All of "Another Day" from RENT
- The lead up to "Sherry" in Jersey Boys... "The World Exploded!"
- "Say it Somehow" from Piazza
- "If I Can't Love Her" from Beauty & the Beast... it was my first Broadway experience at the age of like 12 and I'll never forget it!
- The organ playing "Phantom of the Opera" and most of the song
- "Written in the Stars" and "Every Story Is A Love Story (Reprise) from Aida, after the tomb closes and Amneris is the only one left but tells how their deaths ended the war
- The end of "30/90", "Come to Your Senses", and "Louder than Words" from Tick Tick Boom
and those are just the goosebumps moments... Broadway has waaaay too many amazing shows!

Heather Headly bringing the house down with The Gods Love Nubia in Aida. Whenever I hear the recording I can still visualize the electricity in the theater that night.
