As a Senior at my high school, we can do a small performance at our banquet. There are about four Seniors in Backstage Crew, and we want to do a small performance. I want to do a monologue and split it up between us. I would like it to have some sort of technical theater reference or backstage crew reference. I would like to hear some ideas, because I can not find anything. It does not have to be too long, but like I said I want to split it between about four people. It can be funny.
Then you probably don't actually want a monologue...do you? Once you split it up it won't be nearly as coherent.
While I can't think of any specific "techie type" monologues or scenes, here's an idea that some of my techies did one year at our banquet:
They took a scene from some play with truly atrocious language. Then they changed all the swear words consistently with truly clean and goofy "acceptable" words. (ie. f-bomb was always "fornicate") THEN, they played the scene totally straight...with all the intensity it should of have with the more colorful language. It was hysterical.

Likewise, no monologues come to mind, but Kiss Me Kate (particularly Another Openin', Another Show), Noises Off!, Curtains, and Putting It Together all had references to backstage goings-on. I'll try to think of a few more and some specifics.
