"At The Ballet" from A Chorus Line.
When I hear this song I'm often reminded of the time, at my church, an older black woman revealed during a testimony that she had always wanted to be a dancer. She surprised everybody. She didn't seem the dancer type. This revelation seemed so personal, so unexpected. I then imagined her and (for some reason) two other older women singing "At the Ballet." I have a big imagination obviously.

I always know why songs touch me. One that gets me everytime even though it took me a while to fully understand why it moved me was "Father to Son" from FALSETTOS.
