The current SWEET CHARITY.
There is so much there to work with.
How could it have gone so wrong?

BOUNCE. So much talent. So much excellent work...yet, somehow, it didn't come together.

DRS. I was shocked at how bad it was. I went into it thinking I was going to see the next...um...Full Monty and I ended up seeing the next Boy from Oz. Snap.

I was very disappointed when I saw CHICAGO on Broadway. I had such high expectations, given all the fanfare and buzz the show received (and is continuing to receive). I forget who played Velma, but Sandy Duncan was playing Roxie at the time and I don't know... nothing in that performance worked for me that night. I didn't care much for Duncan's singing, dancing or acting. I didn't appreciate the show's fantastic score until I saw the movie version. I do remember liking the CELL BLOCK TANGO, but that's about it. Everything else is a blur.
