Lauren Graham (ok, more film) has done a lot of theatre. I would love to hear her sing.
Any male actor that has a nice voice.

Robert Downey, Jr. --- particularly since he was offered the Connick role in Pajama Game for its possible Broadway return.
Of course, he did do that jazz-styled CD last year.

Well Cillian Murphy already sang in "Breakfast on Pluto" :)
And technically if you go to the end of "Secret Window", Depp sings a little song :) ..I dont know how serious it is lol, but he does.
And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps...

That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs.
