As Pippin said, if you like Billy's music and unique choreography,,, it's a winner. Besides, the actor who usually sings & plays Billy's music is probably almost as good as Billy in his good days!

I covered it a few years ago...I can't imagine it not being in just as good shape today. There's a lot of talent out there.

Love the show. Saw it twice. But don't go if you hate dance, modern ballet, or Billy Joel songs. Or expecting a musical, which it isn't. I found it fresh and exciting and the performances by the cast and the orchestra were superb.

If I had a free-ticket, I would consider a 75-minute drive a minor concession. Gift horse and all that.

YES. (and as someone else said, make a day of it! Even if you don't, I still think it's worth it)
