The one real religious musical that I could suggest is "Joseph the Dreamer" by the Continental Singers.
All the rest, specially the secular ones, are sacriligious and Blasphemous.

Actually, I was going to suggest comparing Godspell and JCS because the first is very gospel-based and the latter... not so much.
