What musicals do we have coming in for the spring, aside from the confirmed. What hasn't been announced, where is it going, when, etc? I'm trying to plan a trip and I am impatient. Any help would be great!

I mean your four CONFIRMED ones would be Sweeney Todd, Bad Cinderella, New York New York, and Camelot. Other than that you have only the rumored but with the crowded field, its starting to become a question of who will come in in the spring to try for awards attention in a wildly crowded field and who will wait until next season.
POTENTIALLY you could have a lot of things, but the things either with the most creditable rumors or would be most ready to arrive at this point: Broadway Vacation, Sing Street, Dancin', Lempika, Once Upon a One More Time, Devil Wears Prada, The Notebook, and then possible transfers of the West End's version of Cabaret, Encore's Parade, and Merrily We Roll Along.

I'm rooting for Sing Street and Lempicka, but with the Autumn season already being so busy, I think a few productions might wait until the summer like Back To The Future...

None of these have been confirmed/announced yet but just based on rumors and/or current/recent off-Broadway/out of town engagements I can think of:
The Notebook
Suffs
Devil Wears Prada
Parade
Sing Street
Merrily We Roll Along
Once Upon A One More Time
As of now there are several theatres that are either currently empty or have limited runs set to end in early 2023, so I'm guessing some of the aforementioned shows will go into those theatres. Personally I'm dying for Suffs and Parade.

Prada wants The Lunt, and that's taken. I've heard The Notebook at the Music Box starting Valentines Day and Parade at the American Airlines, but not sure about dates.

I thought they wanted to wait on Prada since some of the creative team felt it wasn't ready for a transfer?

Elton also mentioned the theatre they wanted wasn't available
