I really like the song "Lovers on Christmas Eve."
I forgot about I LOVE MY WIFE.
Thanks MusicMan for reminding me.
L5Y is set as Christmas time. The Schumel Story is one example.
L5Y is set over the course of... 5 years.
At one point in the show, one song takes place at Christmas when Jamie gives Cathy a copy of Backstage and other assorted things.

Babes in Toyland (p.s. HORRIBLE SHOW!!)
I'm with Magruder. PROMISES was the first to spring to mind. Aren't many shows -- that are funny -- wherein the leading lady tries to commit suicide on Christmas Eve.
"white christmas anyone???"
Also, Holiday Inn... which I think was the film that actually introduced "White Christmas," as sung by Bing Crosby.
I seem to recall there was a musical version of "The Man to Came to Dinner" called "Sherry." I know the play takes place at Christmas, but I don't know if the musical does.
Mame and Nuncrackers
Passion
Doubt this counts, but there are 2 Christmas songs in "Songs for a New World." Other than that, I'm can't think of anything else.
"King Island Christmas"
