Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner (who you surely know were in the show) recorded the song "Ballyhannon" on their Unsuspecting Hearts CD. It was a song sung by Blair Brown and Christopher at the end of the first act, if I'm not mistaken... It's soo late and I really don't want to get my Playbill out. (sorry)!-david.

Hmmm, I'd tend to agree with MisterMatt, as usually, they announce the record label that will be releasing the recording.But I have a question... do you think Taboo would have done better with a release of the recording long before the show ever debuted? I have a scar, though no where on my face, and while it doesn't bother me, I know that I could never do The Full Monty... So, even though it took me years to be cool with it, it sucks that I can't wear certain clothes/costumes. My advice: Go with what you got, it makes you unique.

My favorite part of SHOWGIRLS is when it's aired on VH-1 (which is at least once a week it seems) and during the scenes where they're topless, they've digitally added bras!!!Too funny!

Hello there... I went to see TABOO last night (prior to knowing it was closing). I was in the city and got 50% off tickets, so that was a plus. Gregory Maguire took some liberties with the story, and what I mean by that is, he fashioned his novel very closely to the movie, however, even the movie deviated from L. Frank Baum's original stories too. For instance, Maguire's book, yes, Fieryo is not the scarecrow.
