DREAMGIRLS has a lot less dialogue than it has sung recitative and songs, though there is still considerable dialogue.
HAMILTON is also mostly sung through.

Gaveston, I thought all versions of Merrily had considerable dialogue. Which revision are you referring to?

nah, Chicago is mostly scene-song-scene format.

If you read the script it's actually surprisingly how little dialogue there is, especially in Act 1.

I was just reading the Cats revival forum and hearing the whole no plot and only dancing and songs claim got me curious about other musicals with a lot of songs.

THE MOST HAPPY FELLA while not at all a show with little to no dialogue has often been described as a show with a lot of music, not quite what you were asking for but along the lines.
