There was a good show at New World Stages last night-a lot of very talented people performing numbers which related to their "first time" in the business-a benefit for QSAC, for the autistic community.

Among others performing were Hunter Foster, Matt CAvenaugh, Asa Somers, Mary Testa, etc.

I understand Corine's Corner was involved in this-I looked for Corine but couldn't find her!

I didn't see Hunter-sorry! I was working so I popped into the theater whenever I had a break. I'm pretty sure other posters from here were there, so maybe they'll see this thread and post!

Hunter sang a beautiful rendition of Empty Chairs At Empty Tables, and discussed how Les Miz was the first show that inspired him to become an actor.

Exact same thing I was thinking. I was quite disappointed when I opened it. Then again, it's on the main board- not off topic.

Hi Jane,
I did some video coverage backstage.
I interviewed: John Tartaglia, Ann Harada, Heath Calvert and Mary Testa. It was a blast. The show was wonderful but the best part for me was interviewing backstage.

Someone should write some fiction already becuase everytime i see it i think its some fourteen year old locker room story.

haha I guess everybody is thinking the same thing! I was certain "the first time" was some sex story! That is really cool about Hunter Foster though! I have always wanted to see him perform live!

No. I was wearing a chinese black silk jacket and black pants.
I was wearing a red cami under my jacket also silk. It is Chinese New Year.
Gary and Derek are faboo.
