Just to clarify, Les Poissons was written BEFORE Be Our Guest. (they were both written by Alan Menken.)

Do you mean Howard Ashman? Alan Menken is still writing and could have easily written it now.

Um...no..."Les Poissons" was written for the original Mermaid film.

No problem Steve2. It might be a good site to go back to from time to time during the run to see what people think over the next few weeks. I will most likely post there also after I see it.
