Posted: 8/29/03 at 1:07amI saw Gypsy tonite, and while I myself am sick of hearing about it, I have to say that Bernadette gave me so much energy tonite. She knows how to play that role, despite some diction problems she has! She was so emotional during Rose's Turn, she was having trouble singing for a moment and then wham,, she gave it to us! I haven't seen something as inspired or moving since Gimme Gimme or Into the Woods. Tammy Blanchard is something special too.

Posted: 8/29/03 at 11:58amI have yet to see the show, but I have the recording, and when Tammy sings Little Lamb, you feel her pain...I saw her in Me and My Shadows as the young Judy Garland and loved it...I wish her much luck...

Tammy is a very good performer. I think she and Kate Reinders did a very good job in "If Momma Was Married" on the recording.
