Im making my first return to NYC since I moved this summer, so the pressure is on to make this trip fun and theatre filled!!!! In past seasons, I saw things on, off, and Off-Off Broadway, so I would like to see as many different types of theatre/performance as possible
I have 4 slots in NYC (1 is already being taken by Sing Street at NYTW) My problem is that I REALLY want to see The Inheritance but that would only leave 1 slot for something else (dont want to see part 1 unless I am seeing part 2 relatively soon after)
I am coming back for the summer and I think The Inheritance will get some Tony Lovin and stick around until June when Im back in town for a longer period of time and can enjoy both parts (but I also know the Grosses arent great during previews and the cast might change) I know that the Off-Broadway stuff I want to see (Judgement Day, Halfway Bitches Go Straight to Heaven, Greater Clements, Our Dear Dead Drug Lord...The Sound Inside on Broadway as well) wont be around when I come back in the Spring/Summer.
PS nights 5 and 6 are taken by Mobey Dick and Celine Dion in Boston
My other question is should Jagged Little Pill get a slot. I love the album, but things that try too hard to be 2019 are really annoying to me (also a concern with West Side Story) I disliked aspects of the Oklahoma revival for that reason
I hope all this makes sense and you guys can guide me to picking the best verity of stuff (I think Im putting to much pressure on this trip)
