I rushed this morning for N2N. Got at the theater at 7 15 and was 8th in line. A friend and I got front row center orchestra seats while people in front of us got box. As of now no understudies listed but I will review later tonight

Why did the people in front of you get a box, while you got center orchestra? Did the request to be up there? That's very strange.

Intermission now! Is it possible for Alice to get any better?! She is so amazing. J Robert Spencer got better. Kyle Dean Massey is a great Gabe. I really was impressed with him. I loved Aaron as Gabe but I think Kyle is doing an amazing job, esp in I'm alive. As always Jenn is amazing. Btw upclose you notice so much more

The people online in front of me requested front row and i guess it pissed the box office lady off. Who cares anyway? I got first row :). Full review to come

Sorry dramammamma im on the train. Will review later. The show was amazing. Alice is SO nice and gracious to ALL of her fans. Its unbelievable! And I asked about their contracts and such and they all are contracted for a year (except Kyle till Sept). Kyle told me Aaron returns in Sept and stays till Feb or March of 2010

Pretty much what I expected contract-wise. I assumed Aaron had an "out" for CMIYC. Good for him, though.

Let's hope they get to run those contract until they expire!!!

I wanted to meet Alice so badley that to make a train at Penn a friend and I ran from the theater to Penn in 7 min!! Alice told us to request her on FB! Shes so amazing and such a nice actress. She derserved the tony and shes puts her all into the show. Also. Bobby Spencer improved 20x since Apri when I last saw the show. He cries and acts amazingly well! Jenn was a bit shakey in the first act. Second act she improved. Kyle was great. They chose a great replacement for Aaron. Adam and Louis were also great in their roles.

Is it for sure that Jen won't be in Thursday June 25th's performance? I get to NYC that day and N2N is the first show of my weekend and it's the one I'm looking forward to the most (Billy Elliot, Hair, and In The Heights)

Thats great that you got tickets! Im glad it worked out for you. My plan is to take the 6:00 train into Penn next Monday. I guess well see if it works out lol I remember reading somewhere that they do offer 36$ tickets in the last row. Do they have that ever day you rush available or is it just if no one purchased them already? If they do is that cash only too? Im asking because I have a few family members meeting me in the city who I would love to take and if I cant get enough rush tickets I was wondering if I can pick up those cheap tickets for them the same time I get mine (if I do get it them lol) Anyway glad you enjoyed the show!

Jess - The $36.50 tix are for row H in the mezz (great seats, it's a small theater) and are sold in advance. Credit cards fine. They are not "rush" or anything special, just some sensible pricing.

Jenn needs a break. I could tell last night she was straining and she coughed a bit. She is still great (esp in Act 2)
