Hi, all! I just made it a little easier to see what is currently playing. I hope it helps.
If there's anything else you'd like to see included on the page or any suggestions or ideas on the design (since that is not My Strongest Suit), please comment!

aw, Finian is only doing SRO? I guess I'll just be going to the show Wednesday night.
I'm sure they'll have rush, they just haven't announced it yet.
And OLEANNA's rush policy is as follows per the show's Twitter feed: $25 per ticket (includes the $1.50 surcharge); 2 tickets per ID. Available at the box office on day of perf (based on availability).
Doesn't say anything about when they go on sale though.

I have a totally ignorant question that's sort of related. Since the orchestra will be in the pit...where exactly would the pit be in the St. James? I'm always confused by the fact that the floor can be removed and completely changed. So, is there going to be a larger gap between the stage and first row, changing the sightlines from those seats? I know front row was sold as rush for Gypsy because they were partial view, and it's not always fair to sell those seats at full price. So I guess I'm wondering if the front row seats for Finian won't be partial view, making it easier to sell at full price.
(I know this sounds really stupid, but I was just wondering.)

I didn't realize the "vibrator" play was only a limited run. I guess that makes since given it's Lincoln Center, but still.
Thanks, WickedRocks!
I'm also adding a new column with the weekly schedule (not including holiday exceptions).
givesmevoice, THE PRODUCERS orchestra was in the pit, but I don't remember how that affected the seating chart.

When I saw the Producers, I was in Row B, which was the second row. I remember it being quite close to the stage, and the stage was high.
This is a brilliant idea for a website.

Very nice site. Thanks for doing it.
Are you planning to update it regularly?
Yero, is it ok if I link to the site on the Broadway comm I help mod on LiveJournal?
snow- Yes
gives-Yes
PalJoey and Yankee- Thank you!
I have a preface (if one is needed) for this website. I think it totally sums up the concept. PM me.
How come Oleanna is switching to a 7-show per week schedule? Is that correct?
Finian's and Memphis will never come close to SRO.
This site is excellent and really helpful. Thank you so much for making it. The only other feature I can think of is a sort of comments section for each show. I only bring this up because I often wonder just how hard/easy it is to rush certain shows. For instance, I've heard you have to be there super early for Next to Normal, Chicago has people at the box office who often say rush isn't offered, etc. I know there are threads on these topics every day on these boards, but I figure if all that info is compiled into one place it might help. Again, great job and I will be saving it to my bookmarks.

Billy Elliot's 3 day a week student rush policy has been cancelled since it won all of the Tonys. I went there a few nights ago and they said that they are not sure when it will be reinstated. Cheapest seats are 41.50 for the last rows of the rear mezz and on Wednesdays most all of the rear mezz is 41.50
Can I just say "Thank you!!!" to the creator. I usually have to do major research before my NYC trips...you just took care of all that for me. too bad I don't get to go to NYC for quite some time...i'm a "responsible adult" now, with a "job" and bills.
This is brilliant that you for amking this wonderful site! I second mormono's idea of commenting on how early to get there for rush lines and such as it seems to change and get earlier alot. Thanks again!
This is awesome!!! thank you thank you thank you.
May i suggest extending to include off broadway shows as well. There is alot of amazing stuff out there that has really good deals that people might not know about
I really appreciate the suggestions. Trying to respond to everything.

No, it looks like the last line of text in that box is cut off in Internet Explorer. I use Firefox, so I didn't notice that before. I'll try to fix it.

Nonetheless, those are the policies. That's why I'm careful to state "subject to availability" and "only if the show is sold out." If the show is not sold out, there won't be standing room. If the show is sold out, there won't be student rush. From what I understood, the only reason BILLY ELLIOT suspended rush after the Tonys is that they were selling out and did not have rush tickets to sell.

I did think about that, but there are just too many. I don't have the time. For now, I'm limiting it to Broadway.
Also, I will not be adding a message board-type feature where people can discuss the details about the various rush lines, etc. Not only do I have no clue how to go about programming that, but the intent is an informational website, not a forum. I provide the policies as they are written. For day-to-day details on the individual shows, there are websites like BWW.
Keep 'em coming! Love it!

I don't know how much extra work it would be, but some shows do both rush/lotto and SRO. You may want to add that. For example, Hair does a lotto and SRO, but you only have up that they do lotto. Just an idea
Leia - Click on the link for more details on the lottery. SRO is there.
thanks for this! Updated On: 9/14/09 at 10:29 PM
Yet, your link goes to the telecharge page about Oleanna. And, furthermore, Ragtime's tickets wouldn't be sold via telecharge due to the fact that it is going to be playing at a Nederlander house, and those are sold via ticketmaster.
