Holy crap, that picture! I've been inside the Walter Kerr several times (Grey Gardens, The Seagull...) and I don't think I've ever noticed a top balcony. I've always sat in the orchestra and never looked back, I guess.
I hate heights and not a big fan of balcony seats...I think I'll just do SRO for this one.
Still can't wait!
