I have often joked with her that when Les Miz comes back for a revival in 2030, she could finally play fantine and look age appropriate

and she's really,really nice in person ! and I think that's how she managed to look so young ...no negative energy -just positive !

Well in Bat Boy and Hairspray, she passed for a lot younger.. so yeah
