It already is a play. "The Piven Monologues" performed at Joe's Pub.
Which, while hysterical, was not nearly as cool as would be an actual (satirical) play about the situation.

Posted: 10/9/09 at 4:06pmI read the whole thing. Frankly the arbitrator seemed inclined to give the benefit of the doubt to Piven and to make Jeffrey Richards look foolish. I am sure there is sufficient hindsight to make both sides wish they had acted differently. Much is made of Piven's never missing a show, and little of his reported inability to make half hour call.
