In reviewing your various comments about Xanadu, I can't help but wonder what did any of these people ever do to you to incur such near hateful comments. You seem to wear your snarky dislike for the show like some odd badge of honor. Is this some new found sass that you feel obliged to unleash on us all or did you invest in a show that is waiting to open at the Helen Hayes, so you wish to smear it at every chance so the theater will free up that much sooner?

Everyone is entitled to their opinions good or bad, as is the joy of free speech and the internet. But you who see so many shows and often embody the true spirit of a theater lover are downright bitchy. I personally have enjoyed many an intellegent, spirited exchange with you on various aspects of theater, attended shows together, etc....It baffles me that you are behaving this way about a harmless musical that many really seem to be enjoying for the sheer joy of it.

And as you are so fond of publishing your preference for older men...note that it is a campy, silly confection from OUR era, so many of us 'more mature' guys love it, so it's a bit of an insult that you berate those who could 'possibly like the movie let alone the musical."
