Notice the picture that is described as "Wonderful" is really just before "Defying Gravity."
I think they were worth the wait. I couldn't believe how many there were. And I like the single shot being at the beginning of the gallery, as mentioned earlier.

Posted: 6/21/06 at 8:51pmOk, so when I followed your link I saw the pics (and they are great!yay!) but when I pulled up the website and tried to view them (was hoping to see some behind the scenes photos) I got nothing. Any idea why? *confused*

Actually the defying gravity does look photoshopped, except for (obviously) the little inset picture that is new.
They look amazing, Eden is BEAUTIFUL as Elphaba. Not as exotic as Idina or Julia, she's just gorgeous.

the solo shot of david as the wizard looks a wee bit like he's trying to keep his balance as opposed to the pose they were trying for.
I like the insets for the long shots too.

The "Defying Gravity" shot doesn't look super-imposed to me. No other shot has looked quite like that with that crazy lighting that I am IN LOVE with.
I also think it's funny how you can clearly see the conductor at the bottom of that shot.

Posted: 6/22/06 at 12:43amOf course it took so long to get new pictures. There have been a number of cast changes in the last five months and none at the same time. All are spaced out, so I think they wanted to get a cast that will at least be together for some time.

WOW.... Eden is SOOOOOO beautiful! I could stare at her ALL DAY in green! ...I don't think this particular shoot got all of her beauty but on stage I could... well... melt!

Posted: 6/22/06 at 8:42amPhotos at the theater have been up since the new cast started. They usually have the generic "Wicked the Musical" boards up for some time before the photos are designed. Since the current cast ALL performed out-of-state at some point, they just reused those.
