They were making national magazine covers when they were just a bunch of no-name newbies on Broadway, so it is a possibility.
The first paragraph is pretty weird, but I think Jesse and Idina do a great job explaining why the original perception is wrong. I just found it interesting that they chose to quote those two, as opposed to Rosario and Taye, like most other articles are. Though I am annoyed that the article didn't mention Tracie as a new girl too.

I stand corrected. If the movie is as big a phenom on film as it was on stage, they could make the cover. But that's a pretty big wall to climb.

ugh i hate how people around here are so eager to knock something or taint it with negativity.
i have the utmost faith that this film will be everything every rent fan wanted and more.
it's going to be nothing short of amazing.
