I just got back from Virgin Megastore in Times Square and the cast recording is finally there! I went this morning and they didn't have it, so some time between then and now they put it out. The CD isn't on the featured display, but is in the alphabetical musical titles, as well as displayed on the discount shelf by the Hairspray Movie DVD locker packages on the floor. The CD wasn't even on sale. $18.99!!! Listening to it right now!
